This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process information when you use the Ready2Golf mobile application, Ready2Golf services, and ready2golfapp.com (collectively, the “Services”).

# 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information.
## A. Account and Profile Information
We may collect information that you provide when creating or maintaining a Ready2Golf account, including:
* Real name;
* Email address;
* Password credentials in securely hashed form;
* Phone number, if supported;
* Date of birth or age information, if supported;
* Gender, if supported;
* Profile photograph;
* Golf handicap;
* Golf skill level;
* Home golf course, if supported;
* Profile preferences; and
* Other golf-related or account information you choose to provide.
Some categories listed above may not be collected by the current version of Ready2Golf but may be collected if corresponding features are introduced.
We will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent where required before materially changing our collection or use of personal information.
## B. Scheduled Round Information
When a user posts a scheduled golf round, certain information may become visible to other Ready2Golf users, including:
* Name;
* Profile photograph;
* Golf course;
* Date and time of the round;
* Number of available player spots;
* Handicap;
* Skill level; and
* Approximate/current distance from the round, where location permission is enabled.
Ready2Golf rounds may contain up to four golfers.
Information associated with a posted round may remain associated with that round even if the user later changes corresponding information on their general profile.
Users should consider this before posting or joining a round.
## C. Location Information
Ready2Golf may request access to your device's GPS location when the app launches.
Location is used to determine your approximate distance from scheduled golf rounds.
Ready2Golf does **not currently continuously track your GPS location in the background**.
The GPS location used for this distance functionality is used temporarily and is not intended to be stored as a persistent location history in Ready2Golf's database.
You may deny or disable location permission through your device settings. Ready2Golf will remain usable, although features that require location, such as displaying your distance from a scheduled round, may not function.
## D. Group Chat and Messages
Each scheduled round may include a group chat for participating golfers.
We collect and process messages sent through these chats.
Messages currently consist of text. Messages cannot currently be edited or deleted by users after they have been sent.
We may retain messages where reasonably necessary for:
* User safety;
* Investigating reports;
* Preventing harassment or abuse;
* Fraud prevention;
* Enforcement of our Terms;
* Resolving disputes;
* Compliance with legal obligations; or
* Protecting Ready2Golf, our users, or others.
## E. Reports and Blocking Information
If you report or block another user, we may collect information concerning:
* The reporting or blocking user;
* The reported or blocked account;
* The reason for a report;
* Relevant account or round activity;
* Relevant messages;
* Investigation information; and
* Enforcement actions.
Ready2Golf administrators may review relevant information when investigating safety, abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
## F. Device and Technical Information
Ready2Golf and its service providers may automatically receive certain technical information, including, where applicable:
* Mobile advertising identifiers;
* Push notification tokens or identifiers;
* Device or app identifiers;
* App version;
* Device and operating-system information;
* IP address;
* Time and time-zone information;
* Diagnostic information;
* Crash information;
* Usage information; and
* Other technical information generated through the operation of the Services.
## G. Usage and Analytics Information
We use analytics and diagnostic technologies, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics.
These services may collect information regarding how the application is used, application sessions, device characteristics, app versions, identifiers, crashes, errors, and other diagnostic or usage information.
## H. Subscription Information
Ready2Golf uses Apple App Store and Google Play billing for premium subscriptions and uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlements.
We may receive information such as:
* Whether you have an active subscription;
* Subscription product or plan;
* Subscription status;
* Purchase or renewal status;
* Expiration information;
* Trial status; and
* Transaction or entitlement identifiers.
Ready2Golf does not directly process your complete payment-card information when your subscription is purchased through Apple or Google.

* Promote premium subscriptions;

Free Ready2Golf accounts may receive advertising, including:
* Banner advertisements; and
* Interstitial or full-screen advertisements.
Ready2Golf currently uses **Google AdMob** to provide advertising.
Advertising providers may use mobile advertising identifiers and similar technologies to provide, measure, limit, or personalize advertising.
Where applicable, users may use iOS or Android privacy and advertising controls to restrict personalized or interest-based advertising.
Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent advertisements from appearing. Free users may continue to receive non-personalized or contextual advertising.
Premium subscribers currently receive an ad-free experience with respect to Ready2Golf's banner and interstitial advertising.

Used to manage subscription entitlements and subscription-related information.
### Apple
Apple processes purchases and subscription billing made through the Apple App Store.
### Google Play
Google processes purchases and subscription billing made through Google Play.
Third-party providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

Selecting an address in Ready2Golf may cause your device to open a mapping application or third-party mapping service.
Once you leave Ready2Golf or interact directly with another service, that third party's privacy practices may apply.

Ready2Golf is designed to help golfers organize rounds with other golfers.
When you post or participate in a round, information associated with that activity may be visible to other users as described in this Policy.
A user's name may become visible when the user posts or participates in applicable Ready2Golf round functionality.
Users may have the same visible name. Ready2Golf uses unique internal identifiers to distinguish accounts.
Ready2Golf does not currently provide a general public directory through which users can freely browse every account. Golfers are primarily discoverable through scheduled-round functionality.
You should not submit information to a public or shared portion of Ready2Golf that you do not want other applicable users to see.

Ready2Golf allows users to block other users.

Technical or safety limitations may affect how blocking functionality operates in particular circumstances.

Deleting an account does not necessarily result in instantaneous deletion of every copy of every piece of information.

Information that has been shared with other users or incorporated into safety, fraud, dispute, or enforcement records may also be subject to additional retention.

Passwords are stored using secure password-hashing practices rather than being stored as readable plaintext.
Ready2Golf also provides email-based password-reset functionality.
However, no internet-connected service, database, transmission system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and should notify Ready2Golf if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
